RIVER'S PROMISE TO HELP GENOCIDE ORPHAN

We were recently contacted by a high-ranking government official in Rwanda who is asking for our help so that a young man who lost most of his family in the Rwandan Genocide can complete his university education. The young student has been personally helped by the government official but the financial burden is great and River’s Promise has been asked to help. The student is currently studying “management” at the local university and we are being asked to assist with his tuition and perhaps some food. The total cost is just over $2000 per year and we are looking to have the project funded by the end of this year.
